I remember vividly playing with my wooden toy train set when I was a kid. I would sit quite happily for many hours and pull or push the train around the track. My mum and dad must have thought I was a cost effective child because all I ever needed was my little train set. I`m sure that many other children love their
Wooden Toys as much as I did when I was young. Even in this modern electric age there are still many wooden items that will keep kids occupied for a long time. I`m older now and have daughters of my own and my youngest has a small collection of
Wooden Toys that she adores. At the moment skittles are her favourite and although her co-ordination needs improving she loves it when she knocks a few of them down. Christmas isn`t far away and I`m already asking my daughters what they want Santa to bring them. My eldest is in to a certain range of dolls but my youngest will be happy with a selection of
Wooden Toys. Maybe I`ll buy her a small wooden train just like the one I used to have. You never know, when she isn`t looking, I might just have a quick go myself.
